Small/Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS/WAXS) at different temperatures as well as grazing incidence SAXS/WAXS

Typical applications: determination of structures between molecular dimensions (crystalline parts: crystal structure, orientation, crystallite size) and mesoscopic length scales (domains of microphase separation and phase separation structures)
