We wish our doctoral candidate, Genc Haljiti, the best of luck in his research internship at the University of Michigan, Medical School, Pathology Department, US.

Genc will be staying as an internship researcher at Prof. Alexey Nesvizhskii's world-renowned bioinformatics lab for the next month.

He will investigate his peptidomics-generated data in the lab using the tools developed from Nesvizhskii's lab, such as FragPipe and MSFragger. The ultimate goal is to discover the best approaches for the plant peptidomics data search and exploration.
